Job Description

As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer - Technical Services Expert, you will leverage your extensive software engineering experience to drive innovation and develop impactful solutions. This remote role requires you to set key objectives and facilitate creative problem-solving. Collaborate with top engineering talent to propose and implement technical enhancements that foster growth and streamline processes.

You will report to our Professional Services Manager while working remotely. (primary location: Hamilton, NJ).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate complex software functions within Honeywell HCLS.
  • Utilize your expertise to establish and meet objectives effectively.
  • Propose innovative technical solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with skilled engineering teams to accelerate innovation.
  • Apply software configuration management and change management practices.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with senior customer representatives.
  • Scope and estimate bespoke technical solutions with the Customer Engagement Team and prospective clients.
  • Implement TrackWise/TrackWise Digital products in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance current knowledge and skills in your field.
  • Review design and configuration documents critically.
  • Provide mentorship to Delivery Consultants across various expertise levels.

The annual base salary range for this position in several states, including California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, is between $96,000.00 and $144,000.00. Your final offer will take into account your experience, qualifications, and market factors.

This role is also eligible for an incentive plan.

You Must Have

  • 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in technical software consulting.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer.
