Key Responsibilities

• Support the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) with the Case Management Tracking Analysis and Reporting System (CMTARS) Operations and Maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the agency's public-facing web portal while ensuring seamless integration with the CMTARS application.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal web requirements for the agency's website.
• Assist in system environment configuration and documentation essential for Authority to Operate (ATO) activities within a secure DoD environment.
• Design and implement web application enhancements to boost usability, functionality, and performance.
• Create smart decision trees and interactive tools to guide users through submission processes.
• Monitor performance and functionality of the website to ensure a reliable and secure user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.
• Collaborate with system administrators and developers to implement necessary system enhancements and updates.
• Maintain pertinent documentation related to web portal architecture and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications or enterprise websites.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience in integrating web applications with backend enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility compliance for federal websites.
• Ability to design and create interactive decision trees and user guidance tools.
• Experience operating within secure federal or DoD environments.
• Understanding of ATO documentation and compliance processes in federal IT systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills concerning web applications and systems integration.
• Effective collaboration skills with developers, system administrators, and program stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications

• Security+ Certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant).
• OpenText Certification for AppWorks (version 20.2 or previous).

Professional Experience

• Three (3) years of experience in web development or web application operations and maintenance.
• Three (3) years developing or maintaining public-facing web applications or websites.
• Three (3) years integrating web applications with backend systems or enterprise applications.

Desired Experience

• Three (3) years supporting web systems in federal or government IT environments.

Formal Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Citizenship Requirement

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this opportunity.

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
