Top 3–4 Required Qualifications
- Direct, hands‑on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including maintenance, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting
- Strong background in CVD toolsets; experience with etch, implant, plasma‑based systems, or ALD is highly transferable
- Proven ability to diagnose recurring failures, understand root causes, and adjust repair strategies rather than repeating procedures
- Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain complex technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders and leadership
