Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Norton, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Hybrid Potential)
Pay Range: $90K – $115K

Job Summary
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established company in the energy and infrastructure space to help them hire Civil Engineers. These roles support the review, coordination, and execution of civil and structural engineering work across a variety of projects. It is ideal for early-career engineers (2-5 years) who are looking to grow within a collaborative and technically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and review of civil site designs, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans
- Assist with preparation and validation of engineering calculations related to site development and environmental compliance
- Review structural elements such as foundations and steel systems to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Evaluate vendor submittals and third-party engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination across engineering disciplines
- Participate in preconstruction efforts, including quantity takeoffs, cost support, and proposal input
Qualifications and Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience in infrastructure, utilities, construction, or renewable energy environments
- Exposure to civil site work such as grading, drainage, foundations, or stormwater management
- Understanding of structural principles, including load analysis and material considerations (steel, concrete, etc.)
- Experience reviewing engineering documents, calculations, or vendor submittals
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; additional software exposure is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, project-based environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits
