Role: Data & AI Lead

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite )

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solutions
• Drive architecture and implementation of scalable data platforms and AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams
• Build customer-centric, data-driven solutions aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Expertise

Data Science & AI/ML

• Strong experience in Generative AI, RAG, and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Polars
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling

Data Engineering

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, DynamoDB
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Airflow, AWS Glue, MS Fabric
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and architectures
• Familiarity with FastAPI and Tableau

Full Stack & Cloud

• Expertise in AWS (Solutions Architect preferred) and Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with GitHub Actions, Terraform, React, TypeScript

Big Data & Architecture

• Strong experience with Data Warehousing / Lakehouse architectures
• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Big Data ecosystems (AWS/Azure)
• Experience in BI, visualization, and dashboarding

Leadership & Business Skills

• Strong technical leadership and team-building experience
• Experience in Agile engineering management
• Ability to drive strategic planning, project estimation, and execution
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Business mindset with focus on growth and innovation
