Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advisor to senior management on the development, implementation, and modification of financial management policies.
  • Innovate new concepts, methodologies, metrics, and strategies that align with the organization's mission.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of major operating and support programs within the organization.
  • Provide expert advice on financial transactions and program execution, including oversight of audits.
  • Ensure the integrity, timeliness, accuracy, and validity of managerial accounting and budget reports.
  • Lead a team of financial management analysts by delegating tasks, managing personnel, and fostering employee growth.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to achieve Financial Management FMC03 Certification within the designated timeline.
  • For male applicants, completion of Selective Service Registration is mandatory.
