Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in budget formulation and evaluation, and will provide insights on resource management. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting specialized analysis related to accounting, resource management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Creating and managing automated reporting systems while developing a range of insightful reports and briefings.
  • Assessing performance metrics, costs, and resource utilization against set goals.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff at various levels.
  • Proficient in project organization, planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with Navy protocols and organizational structures is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Security Clearance Required: Candidates must pass a background check and obtain an interim and/or final security clearance before starting. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the job offer.

  • Must meet federal employment suitability standards.
  • Participation in the direct deposit pay program is mandatory.
  • New hires must pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

Compensation: $53,947.00 - $65,987.00 per year
