As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first interaction homeowners have with our brand while generating real revenue and creating opportunities for both yourself and the company.

What You'll Do

  • Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start meaningful conversations
  • Identify interest in premium window and door improvement solutions
  • Set high-quality, in-home consultation appointments for the sales team
  • Track activity and results using provided tools (Tablet/iPad)
  • Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a competitive spirit

  • 10-25 conversations with homeowners per day
  • 2–5 appointments set daily
  • Understanding what qualifies as a high-quality appointment

Schedule

  • Full-time or Part-time available
  • 4-5 days a week with one weekend day required
  • Seasonal hours (depending on daylight hours):
  • Spring/Summer: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Fall/Winter: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
