Modeling and Simulation (Dig Sim) – (1) Level 2 Engineer equivalent and (1) Level 3 Engineer equivalent
Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree
Level 2: 2-5 years of professional experience;
Level 3: 6-9 years of professional experience
Level 3: Technical leadership or mentorship experience
Experience with C++ or other strong object oriented programming experience (e.g. Java, C# or similar languages)
Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
Agile release planning, sprint planning, and scrum
Active Secret or higher security clearance
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong technical documentation skills
Able to physically report to Camden, NJ at least 4 days/week
Available to start work before June 1, 2025

Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and/or signal processing
Functional knowledge of Radar systems, subsystems and designs with familiarity of design tools for radar modeling
Systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation
Data analysis experience using MATLAB or Python
