Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM

Akkodis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM for a Contract with a client in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and optimize platform solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver scalable business outcomes.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead end‑to‑end development of ServiceNow CSM solutions, including case lifecycle design, routing logic, SLAs, and customer‑facing portal experiences.
• Build, customize, and optimize platform components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and event‑driven patterns, with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Ensure platform quality through code reviews, performance tuning, secure coding practices, and alignment with ServiceNow best‑practice governance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on CSM.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server‑side & client‑side) and Flow Designer for workflow automation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering CSM case lifecycle solutions, portal experiences, and API integrations.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
