Software Developer

Client: Industrial Distribution & Supply Chain Organization

Location: Willingboro, NJ (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Our client is seeking a Software Developer III (Full Stack .NET) with strong experience in C#, microservices architecture, and full-stack development. This role focuses on building and enhancing scalable applications within a modern Agile environment, supporting critical business operations across inventory, logistics, and transactional systems.

Key Highlights

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs (required)
• Contribute across the full stack, including frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or MVC
• Participate in Agile development practices including SCRUM, SAFe, XP, and pair programming
• Support application deployment, testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance systems supporting sales, inventory, purchasing, and shipping operations
• Engage in continuous improvement, code quality standards, and development best practices
• Opportunity to work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software development using C#/.NET technologies
• Proven experience with microservices architecture (required) and API development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data structures
• Full-stack development experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, MVC)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a team environment

Additional Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must be comfortable working hybrid (2–3 days onsite) in Willingboro, NJ or Downers Grove, IL

Compensation

• Salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 (bonus eligible)
