Your Role as Director of Therapy Operations

  • Lead the development, implementation, and communication of policies and procedures, holding the staff accountable for their responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to raise awareness and educate the community about prevention and treatment options while fostering partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses, making strategic recommendations based on market conditions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state, federal, and professional regulatory standards for program reimbursement, providing guidance on necessary program updates.
  • Engage in direct patient care as needed.
  • Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our dedicated staff and patients.

Qualifications Required

  • Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
  • Preferred: additional advanced training such as a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience with at least two years in a management role.
