Scheduling Manager

We're hiring a Primavera P6 Scheduler to support a major data center construction program in Aurora area. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity working on the owner’s-rep side for a leading data center developer. You’ll help manage complex, multi-phase builds across multiple sites.

Must be a U.S. Citizen for this opportunity.

Role Highlights

• $95–$105/hr (1099 or C2C), (Can discuss W2 option as well)
• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
• Long-term opportunity with consistent workload
• Laptop, P6 license, and all required tools provided
• Work onsite in (relocation may be required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end scheduling support: from design to turnover
• Coordinate project timelines with internal stakeholders (utilities, procurement, commissioning, etc.)
• Review contractor schedules for compliance and risks
• Conduct schedule health checks and run what-if analyses as needed

Requirements

• Proficient with Primavera P6
• Experience on data center or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Must be onsite 5 days/week
