The VP of Production is the operational leader of construction execution. This role oversees project management, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and field performance. You will build and lead the production team while creating scalable systems to support regional and national expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands new construction, major renovations, and process-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production and project management operations
• Coordinate with architects, permit runners, and inspectors
• Hire and manage project managers
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, inspections, and quality control
• Implement and refine SOPs for scalable growth
• Support strategic expansion into new markets

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in residential construction leadership
• Strong experience in new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and major renovations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Exceptional communication and professionalism
• Existing subcontractor network preferred
• Experience building scalable operational systems
• Employment is contingent on background screening consistent with applicable law.

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $20 to $45 per hour, during 90-day probation (based on experience)
