JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Assist Sr. Project Manager in daily tasks, change orders, submittals, etc.
• occasional site visits to check onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with General Contractors, other subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients/owners
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Experience in high level problem solving and decision making
• Experience working with drywall and paint
• Previous work experience with a General Contractor is a bonus
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
