The CISO is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s information security roadmap, ensuring our systems, data, and operations remain secure, resilient, and aligned with business goals. This leader understands that cybersecurity is not just a technical function, it is a strategic enabler that protects what matters most and supports innovation across the enterprise.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, governance, and risk‑management program.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
- Enforces enterprise‑wide security policies; oversees technical and data security; and conducts ongoing security and risk assessments.
- Oversee technical security across infrastructure, networking, applications, and identity & access management.
- Manage the organization’s incident response program and serves as Incident Commander during moderate or severe security events.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks, priorities, and resource needs to executive leadership and board committees.
- Build, lead, and mentor the information security team.
- Promote organization‑wide security awareness and training.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of IT experience across infrastructure, cloud/hybrid environments, networking, and end‑user systems.
- 5+ years in senior IT leadership with cross‑functional and executive engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and related frameworks.
- Experience with CIS Top 20 controls (preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
Compensation: $200,000 - 225,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
