We’re looking for a driven, independent content creator + video editor who understands YouTube growth, monetization, and audience psychology—someone ready to take an already high-performing live show and aggressively scale its income.

This role is NOT about vanity metrics.

Views don’t matter. Income does. Subscribers are valuable only if they convert to paying supporters.

Your goal is to

• Turn content into revenue streams
• Grow memberships and Super Chat participation
• Expand the loyal, engaged, paying audience and draw in new audience supporters
• What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Editing

• Produce 7–10 short-form videos per week (5–20 minutes each)
• Extract high-impact moments from live shows for your short videos
• Craft compelling narratives from long-form overview of the show
• Create scroll-stopping titles, thumbnails, and hooks

Growth & Monetization Strategy

• Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies
• Optimize content for conversion → subscribers → members
• Drive live show attendance and participation
• Funnel viewers from shorts → full episodes → live chat → membership

Content Strategy Enhancement

• Identify key ideas and viral angles from each episode
• Create 7+ short “key point” videos weekly
• Link all content strategically across the channel ecosystem

Audience & Revenue Engagement

• Increase Super Chat activity during live shows
• Drive membership sign-ups and recurring revenue
• Encourage audience interaction and retention

Design & Promotion

• Create thumbnails for:
• Short videos
• Full live episodes
• Aggressively promote content across platforms

• Compensation
