RushOrderTees is a fast-growing leader in custom apparel printing, serving businesses, schools, teams, and organizations nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products, fast turnarounds, and outstanding customer service. We're seeking a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters and help drive new business opportunities while building strong relationships with our customers. What You'll Do

As a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth. You'll identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on helping customers bring their custom apparel ideas to life while hitting sales goals and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Manage inbound leads, respond to customer inquiries, and guide them through the ordering process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and services.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Accurately track sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups).
  • Experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Prior experience in printing, apparel, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
