Role Overview

The Program Manager oversees a multi‑location client program and ensures high‑quality delivery of PROMAN’s staffing services across all assigned sites. This role is responsible for strengthening client relationships, supporting workforce performance, ensuring compliance with program standards, and driving retention and growth within a key strategic account. You will coordinate with client leadership and internal PROMAN teams to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and deliver consistent, measurable program success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client locations, ensuring alignment with PROMAN program standards, safety policies, and HR requirements across all sites.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track results, and provide detailed reporting to PROMAN leadership while ensuring accurate work records and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through frequent communication, proactive support, and effective problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Area Directors, RVPs, and Strategic Account teams to ensure consistent service delivery, policy alignment, and program success.
  • Address workforce concerns, support staffing operations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all program processes.
  • Maintain awareness of client needs, escalate performance issues appropriately, and drive initiatives that support retention, satisfaction, and long‑term business growth.

Qualifications

  • AA/BA in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience interfacing with large‑scale clients; project management experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and diplomacy skills; proven ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general Windows applications; ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence.
  • Ability to travel within client facilities and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
