About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pan Welder to join our team, where you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components. Your expertise in welding techniques and blueprint reading will be crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. • Execute welding projects according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to: MIG, TIG, and stick welding machines.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with industry codes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications Required Skills

• Proven experience as a welder, with a focus on pan welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Welding certification from an accredited institution.
• Experience with robotic welding systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
