Job description

We are seeking an experienced steel fabricator/fitter/welder to join our team.

Requirements

· Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on fabrication experience.

· Minimum 5–10 years of MIG and TIG welding experience.

· MIG welding experience is required.

· Must be able to pass the AWS D1.1 Welding Test.

· Ability to fit and weld various types of steel and aluminum structures (tubing, channel, beams, etc.) to tight tolerances (1/16").

· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and precision measuring tools (tape measures, dial calipers, etc.).

· Ability to operate overhead cranes safely and effectively, with basic rigging knowledge.

· Experience with forming and rolling is a plus (training available).

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

· Must be motivated, reliable, and able to complete projects on schedule.

· Must have own tools of the trade.

· Ability to deburr and grind metals as needed for proper fit and finish.

· Commitment to quality workmanship and safe work habits.

· All projects are estimated; must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
