Work Mode: On-site

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the overall administrative functions of the organization and oversees the support staff of the Bridge Clinic. Supervises administrative assistants, offering guidance and training while delegating work tasks. Ensures that day-to-day operations of the organization run smoothly. Administrative assistant supervisor is a supervisory position typically above administrative assistant staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Six months experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies and clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative assistants and support staff within the Bridge Clinic
  • Provide guidance, training, and delegation of work tasks to administrative team members
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Oversee overall administrative functions and workflows
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, and clients
  • Support the Bridge Program's administrative infrastructure
  • Report to the Bridge Administrator
