Are you looking for a stable, long-term employment opportunity as a Metal Fabricator / Welder with a growing metal fabricating company?

This position is ideal for a skilled welder who can work across multiple processes and materials in a fast‑paced metal fabrication shop. You’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality welds on a variety of steels, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG, TIG, and Flux‑Core methods.

Location: Ambridge, PA Pay Rate: $18–$24/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full‑time M-F 7:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux‑Core welding on a range of metals
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components according to specifications
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and both hard and soft steels
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Set up welding equipment, select proper materials, and verify measurements
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of welding experience preferred (MIG, TIG, and/or Flux‑Core)
• Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
