  • Drive data-informed decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Datadog, and usage reporting
  • Lead competitive analysis and product discovery efforts
  • Support UX collaboration to ensure intuitive and high-performing digital experiences

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience across Retail, QSR, or Technology environments
  • 3–5+ years in a Product Owner/Product Management role within Agile environments
  • Strong experience owning backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery cycles
  • Ability to work deeply with business stakeholders and understand operational context
  • Experience with data-driven product decisions and analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of modern application architecture (microservices, APIs, data platforms, CDNs)
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products (mobile/web)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in QSR or high-volume retail environments
  • Exposure to platforms like Olo, Paytronix, CDPs, or marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or modern product delivery frameworks
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI in product discovery or delivery workflows

Environment & Team

  • Collaborative Product team (currently 2 Product Owners + 1 Product Specialist)
  • Heavy cross-functional exposure across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders
  • Fast-growing environment with a strong need for organization, prioritization, and execution discipline
