Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Guidewire and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise to lead and manage large-scale Guidewire implementation, integration, or upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Guidewire implementation, migration, or upgrade projects including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with P&C insurance business processes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Guidewire architects and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
  • Strong experience managing Guidewire projects (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
  • Hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of insurance business processes such as underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing.
  • Experience working with large insurance carriers or consulting firms.
