Sr/Product Manager

A global manufacturer of environmental technology solutions is adding both a Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager to their team. The organization designs and manufactures specialized equipment and supports environmental, industrial, and renewable energy markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and market development for assigned product lines. Responsibilities include:

• Own product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps
• Lead voice-of-customer and market analysis efforts
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and development priorities
• Develop pricing strategies and support product launch and go-to-market initiatives
• Monitor product and portfolio performance across sales, margins, and market adoption
• Lead product portfolio optimization

Qualifications

• Product Manager: 3-7 years of product management, product marketing, or related commercial experience
• Senior Product Manager: 8-15+ years of product management experience with ownership of product roadmaps or product categories
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience in environmental technology or similar technical markets (preferred)
• Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
