Job Title: IT SOX Controls & Compliance Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Richmond, VA (Headquarters)
Seeking an experienced IT SOX Compliance Specialist (preferably with Big 4 background) to support IT SOX compliance for system implementations and business process changes. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving SOX control environments, designing and implementing controls, remediation of deficiencies, reviewing SOX documentation, identifying in-scope systems, and collaborating with auditors and project teams. Strong communication skills required.
