Mechanical Validation Engineer – Design Verification & Testing (MDVT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Mechanical & Thermal Design Verification Testing (MDVT) for telecom and networking products
• Set up product prototypes in lab environments for validation testing
• Conduct tests such as:
• Thermocouple installation
• Vibration testing setup
• Wind tunnel operations
• Support thermal and mechanical validation activities during product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Safety, EMC/EMI, SI, and Manufacturing engineers
• Generate test reports and documentation using Microsoft tools
• Ensure testing aligns with telecom reliability and compliance standards

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical / Validation Engineer

✔ Experience testing electromechanical products

✔ Strong experience with Mechanical or Thermal Design Verification Testing

✔ Hands-on experience setting up lab testing environments

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills>
