Store Performance Manager
Job Summary
Starbucks is actively seeking enthusiastic Store Performance Managers with a clear sense of direction, a passion for leadership, a commitment to business expansion, and an aim to establish authentic relationships within their communities. Under the role of a Store Manager, you will be instrumental in translating the essence of the Starbucks Experience into reality, supervising store operations, forming highly effective teams, and providing exceptional customer service, while concurrently encouraging personal and professional growth in yourself and your peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the daily store operations with a focus on providing customers with a seamless and superior experience.
- Attain multi-million-dollar business success by excelling in financial management, solving problems adeptly, and strategic planning.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of collaborators (staff) in reaching excellence in performance, engagement, and career development.
- Champion the brand, creating an atmosphere that is friendly and inclusive to both collaborators and clients.

Qualifications
- Possessing a minimum of three years of retail or customer service management experience, or having served for four or more years in the U.S. military
- It is imperative to have a High School diploma or an equivalent credential for eligibility
- Shown proficiency in leading teams and developing their full potential
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions, coordination of activities, and finding solutions
- Direct involvement in a sales-centric or entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Being able to adapt to a varied work schedule, which may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
