Lotus Wellness Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. In this role, you will provide massage services designed to help clients reduce stress, relieve tension, and support overall well-being. We are looking for a therapist who is committed to creating a calming and personalized experience for every guest while delivering high-quality bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services tailored to each client’s individual needs
• Perform massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage)
• Conduct brief client consultations to understand concerns, preferences, and wellness goals
• Educate clients on self-care practices/recommend services that support long-term wellness
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and prepared according to spa standards
• Uphold all spa policies, professional ethics, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapy License in accordance with Virginia regulations
• Experience providing Swedish and deep tissue massage preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide personalized care
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Previous spa or wellness environment experience is a plus
