As the Data Engineering Director, you will lead a dynamic team of data engineers and analysts to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for clients across diverse industries. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines and architect advanced data infrastructure within cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful data solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within data engineering or a related field.

Expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes.

Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect solutions for complex data challenges.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Familiarity with machine learning workflows and AI-driven data solutions.
